Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may be denied and counted as a used session. - **Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.** - No-shows are counted as a used session and are non-refundable. --- ### ❖ Session Packs (6-Session Series) - All sessions in the 6-pack must be used **within 90 days** of the purchase date. - Sessions are **non-transferable** and **non-refundable** once started. - You are responsible for scheduling each of your sessions through the booking link or via email support. --- ### ❖ Energy Disclaimer These sessions are energetic and intuitive in nature.
